The Mill Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the safe operations of the facility. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity efficiency, quality, and profitability of departmental and organizational operations through the provision of effective methods and strategies. The Mill Manager has added responsibility for Engineering/Maintenance, Technical services, and Supply chain management. This position is in Potsdam, New York.
