About this role
Primary Responsibilities: The construction utility lead is responsible for assisting with providing direction and coordinating activities relating to utility tasks or projects at all facilities.

• Confer with management/department heads to plan and schedule project assignments onsite and at all RoyOMartin facilities
• Monitor trash throughout plants, cleaning/painting of handrails, catwalks, and grounds
Give direction and assist with general site maintenance, including grounds maintenance, painting of buildings, cleaning/painting equipment, and operating mobile equipment
Job Experience: A willingness to learn and grow is critical for this position.
Required skills, experience, and/or education
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to provide support to team members
• Attention to detail in all areas
• Flexible and willing to work overtime and weekends when needed
• Sense of urgency to prepare and complete tasks
• Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment a plus
• Minimum of 2 years of direct supervisory experience

• Degree in engineering or technology
