Kankakee Country Club is seeking a Front Desk/Member Services Associate! Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service.
Pay:
• $15.00 - $22.00
Key Responsibilities of the Front Desk Agent:
• Accurately posts all charges to guests' bills.
• Checks all guests in and out of the resort based on established procedures.
• Provides accurate and complete information about the resort and the surrounding area.
• Answers guest questions and provide directions.
• Accountable for all cash, checks, and credit card receipts.
• Accountable for all printed folios and required supporting paperwork.
• Activates the appropriate emergency procedures in the event of a fire, accident, severe weather, or medical emergency.
• Assists with faxing, copying, and message-taking duties.
• Promptly answers the phone and directs calls to the appropriate location.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications for the Front Desk Agent:
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Other Qualifications
• Knowledge of lodging system applications.
