About this role
The Retail Operations Manager provides operational leadership by working with retail managers in the Care Center & branches as well as other department managers to develop/execute plans that support operational goals & strategies. Provides hands-on coaching to help the retail managers reach their goals in operational efficiency, cost management, & strategic growth. This position will also assume responsibility for the management of projects, venders, & systems relevant to the operational success of Retail Delivery. The position works closely with retail management, Sr. leadership, & other departments within the credit union in the leadership & management of the retail objectives. This individual will have direct responsibility for the management of the Retail Operations Support position.
