About this role
The Member C.A.R.E. Representative I will be responsible for providing superior member service while taking inbound phone calls in a high performance, member focused, call center environment. The Member C.A.R.E. Representative I will be expected to serve as a mentor to peers, provide superior customer service while successfully resolving member inquiries, and identify member’s financial needs and offer products and services to satisfy those needs while embodying the Credit Union’s core values of Trust, Integrity, Teamwork and Making a Difference. This role specifically is on the Care Center Service Team. Your primary role will be taking inbound calls of any kind such as balances, loan payments, transfers, online banking troubleshooting, etc.
