Position Summary The Member Advocate, Mortgage Loss Mitigation is responsible for managing mortgage delinquency and default activity from early-stage delinquency through foreclosure resolution for both portfolio loans and loans sold to investors where TTCU retains servicing rights. This role requires a strong understanding of mortgage servicing, investor guidelines, loss mitigation options, and foreclosure processes.
