Position Summary Responsible for building long-term relationships with Members. Consistently exhibits and communicates an exemplary first impression as the primary point of contact. Works to understand Members financial needs and address each need by making appropriate product and service recommendations. Professionally exercises extraordinary service and value by providing the highest level of member service when assisting and meeting the needs of all Members in order to leave a positive impact with each encounter. Supports TTCU’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values. All interactions and all service standards should align with these core beliefs. Performs duties in compliance with regulatory requirements including, but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act
