Ingeniero SR de Planificacion de TXObjetivo del Rol Diseñar e implementar redes de transporte óptico (DWDM) y redes IP/MPLS, asegurando la disponibilidad, resiliencia y escalabilidad de la infraestructura de telecomunicaciones, alineada al crecimiento del tráfico y a los requerimientos del negocio.
Formación y Experiencia Ingeniero en Telecomunicaciones, Electrónica o carreras afines. +3 años de experiencia en:
• Redes IP/MPLS
• Redes ópticas DWDM
• Experiencia en entornos de operadores (ISP / Telco).
Principales Responsabilidades
• Diseño y planificación de red
Diseñar arquitecturas de red IP/MPLS y DWDM de extremo a extremo. Elaborar HLD/LLD, traffic matrix y dimensionamiento de capacidad. Planificar expansiones de red basadas en proyecciones de tráfico (avg, peak, P95). Definir estrategias de resiliencia (IP y óptico).
• Implementación e integración
Implementar servicios MPLS: L3VPN, L2VPN (VPLS/VPWS) Integrar redes IP sobre infraestructura DWDM (IPoDWDM). Coordinar activaciones, migraciones y pruebas (ATP/DRP). Monitorear performance de red (capacidad, latencia, disponibilidad).
• Gestión de capacidad y performance
Identificar riesgos de congestión en red IP y transporte. Definir planes de ampliación (100G/200G/400G). Alinear inversiones CAPEX con demanda de tráfico.
• Coordinación transversal
Interactuar con equipos de: Core IP Transporte Acceso (HFC/GPON) Operaciones (O&M) Coordinar con vendors y stakeholders regionales.
• Requisitos Técnicos de la Posición:
Redes IP/MPLS Protocolos de routing: OSPF, IS-IS, BGP (avanzado)
• MPLS: LDP, RSVP-TE, Fast Reroute. Segment Routing (deseable)
• Servicios: L3VPN, L2VPN
• QoS: Clasificación, marcación y colas (DSCP/EXP). Redes DWDM / Opticas
• Fundamentos ópticos: OSNR, dispersión, Presupuesto de enlace.
• Arquitectura: ROADM (CDC / CDC-F)
• Equipamiento: Transponders / muxponders / OTN
• Diseño: Ingeniería de lambdas. Protección óptica (1+1, 1:1). ASON/GMPLS
Integración IP + Optico: IP over DWDM (IPoDWDM). DCI (Data Center Interconnect)
• Dimensionamiento: 100G / 200G / 400G
• Análisis de impacto: Latencia, jitter, resiliencia
Herramientas y conocimientos:
• Manejo avanzado de CLI (Huawei, Nokia, Juniper o Cisco)
• NMS (ej. U2000, NSP)
• Conocimientos en:
Python (deseable) Automatización (Ansible, APIs) PTP / SyncE (sincronización) Multicast / IPTV / DAA (RPD) Seguridad en redes (ACLs, BGP filtering, RPKI) Segment Routing (SR-MPLS / SRv6)
