The Quality & Safety Technician at Minnkota Windows will support manufacturing operations by helping maintain product quality, workplace safety, and regulatory compliance. This person will perform inspections, maintains required records, assists with nonconformance and incident follow-up, supports safety training and hazard identification efforts, and helps ensure products and processes meet internal standards, customer requirements, and applicable certification and safety requirements.
