Pay: $15.16 per hour
Key Responsibilities: • Assures that all material used by servers is clean and ready for daily operation • Possesses knowledge of the position of each diner's chair in the dining rooms and lounges • Sets the outside line with underliner plates, flatware, doilies, linen napkins, and other items needed for food delivery • Organizes plates in the window and matches each one with each ticket to run food to tables • Sets tables in accordance with Troon Golf standards • Ensures that each menu item is prepared in the exact detail outlined on each ticket • Confirms menu items with the chef before delivering if they do not meet exact ticket specifications • Fills and refills water glasses and removes unused place settings • Clears dishes from in front of guests upon completion of each course • Clears and resets tables when guests leave, including changing tablecloths, brushing chairs, placing chairs, replacing silverware, glassware, and napkins • Assists servers when needed • Keeps workstations stocked with necessary items and ingredients • Cleans workstations, takes out trash, and vacuums the dining room • Incorporates safe work practices in job performance • Performs other duties as required
Minimum Qualifications for the Food Expo: • One month related experience or training
Other Qualifications: • Ability to demonstrate professionalism, cleanliness, and neatness • Regular and reliable attendance, including weekends and holidays
