INGENIERO ADMINISTRADOR DE APLICACIONES ITResponsabilidades:
• Administrar y ejecutar los procedimientos de mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos sobre los servicios y aplicaciones IT. • Participar activamente en la resolución de fallas a nivel de software y hardware de los servicios y aplicaciones IT • Gestionar y configurar requisiciones comerciales que entren en su alcance. • Planificar y ejecutar tareas y actividades de gestión de cambios sobre los servicios y aplicaciones IT • Participar en las tareas de resolución de incidentes resultantes de la gestión de problemas. • Implementación de parches y/o configuraciones de seguridad orientadas robustecer la seguridad de los servicios y aplicaciones IT • Implementación de Upgrades y Updates de software y hardware en los equipos. • Participar activamente en los proyectos provenientes de los trabajos planificados del área de ingeniería. • Gestionar los escalamientos con los proveedores de tecnología. • Velar por el cumplimiento de los indicadores claves de rendimiento KPIS relacionados con disponibilidad de servicio. • Gestión del Opex y Capex asociado al alcance del puesto. • Ejecutar y participar en el Business Continuety Management /Disaster Recovery Plan/Sistema de Gestión de la Continuidad del Negocio definidos por la empresa. • Participar y ejecutar los controles establecidos en marcos SOX, NIST o cualquier otro marco de trabajo orientado a robustecer el ambiente de control.
Requerimientos: 1. Formación académica: Graduado en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Telecomunicaciones o carrera afín. 2. Experiencia previa: Experiencia comprobada (3 años o superior) administrando aplicaciones/APIS, sistemas operativos, bases de datos (PL/SQL). •Experiencia administrando y soportando aplicaciones web.
Conocimientos específicos: • Conocimiento técnico avanzado de sistemas operativos Windows y Linux. • Manejo de servicios de Base de Datos en ambientes ORACLE, MySQL y relacionados. • Conocimiento y manejo de múltiples protocolos como SOAP, REST, HTTP, JMS, AMF y JDBC. (APIS web services) • Manejo de Microsoft Office avanzado. #LI-BG1
