About this role
The Quality Engineer works under the guidance of the Quality Manager to support improvements in product quality and first pass yield (FPY). This role identifies quality improvement opportunities, collects and analyzes SPC data, and partners with quality and production teams to reduce in-process defects and investigate customer complaints. The Quality Engineer supports root cause analysis, develops and implements corrective actions, and participates in continuous improvement initiatives. This includes using data-driven approaches and structured problem-solving methods to enhance process performance and improve FPY across production departments.
