Broken Top Club, located in Bend, OR, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Part-Time, Seasonal Lifeguard! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Role Type: Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less)
Responsibilities:
• Surveillance: Actively scanning the pool, preventing accidents, and supervising activities.
• Emergency Response: Responding to emergencies, activating the Emergency Action Plan (EAP), and administering CPR/first aid.
• Maintenance: Inspecting facilities, testing water chemistry, and cleaning.
• Enforcement: Communicating and enforcing pool policies and rules professionally.
Qualifications:
• Current certification in Red Cross/YMCA Lifeguarding, First Aid, and CPR/AED.
• Strong swimming ability, communication skills, and the ability to act calmly in emergencies.
• Thursday - Saturday availability required.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
