The Lodge of Four Seasons, located in Lake Ozark, MO, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Cart Attendant! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Position Responsibilities:
• Maintains professional appearance
• Transports carts to and from the cart barn daily
• Cleans, waters, and checks carts after each use and restocks as required.
• Cleans and maintains the cart barn.
• Ensures the carts are available for player use at all times
• Receives and communicates complaints to the Golf Shop.
• Works closely with Golf Shop staff to prepare and conduct golf tournaments
• Implements and supports all course policies and programs as communicated by management.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skill Requirements:
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be customer/guest focused
• Must be dependable
• Must have a friendly personality and enjoy working with the public
• Working knowledge of the rules of golf is preferred.
• Ability to learn and enforce course policies, rules, and regulations
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely
Extra Information:
Must be able to work weekends and holidays between April and October
