Requirements
Agile Delivery Experience3–5+ years as a Business Analyst working in agile environments (Scrum,Kanban, or hybrid), ideally on digital products.Strong Delivery MindsetYou focus on outcomes over artefacts, know when “good enough” is the right call, and help teams move forward without unnecessary friction.Excellent Communication & Facilitation SkillsYou can run workshops, ask the right questions, challenge assumptions respectfully, and bring clarity to complex discussions.Comfort with AmbiguityRequirements evolve, you’re comfortable refining them as you learn, rather than waiting for perfect inputs.Digital & Technical AwarenessSolid understanding of web and mobile delivery, APIs, integrations, and modern software development lifecycles.User-Centred ThinkingExperience gathering user insights, validating assumptions, and ensuring solutions genuinely meet user needs.\Pragmatic Documentation SkillsStrong at writing clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and lightweight documentation that teams actually use.Tooling ExperienceConfident using Jira, Confluence, Miro/Mural (or similar) to support collaboration and delivery
