Troon is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of Director of Operations! This is a remote position, with the ideal candidate based in the Northeast region, preferably in New Jersey. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day operations and overseeing the implementation of Troon programs, standards, and services across a portfolio of managed facilities. The Director of Operations will serve as a key client-facing partner, fostering strong relationships and communicating progress toward shared goals with ownership groups, boards, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in golf course, country club, private club, or golf resort operations management.
