About this role
The Vice President, Global Compensation, Benefits & Total Rewards, will be based in Atlanta, GA. This is a senior, hands-on leader responsible for owning and executing all aspects of global compensation, benefits, and payroll operations across the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and India. This role is responsible for defining global compensation, benefits and total rewards strategy while actively leading execution, including global compensation benchmarking for competitiveness, executive compensation structures, annual compensation cycles, incentive programs, HRIS tools, M&A integrations, payroll processing and benefits administration.
