The Application Engineer provides technical guidance to sales and customers to develop, sell, and implement Trelleborg products and services. They assess technical and commercial needs, gather data, analyze applications, and recommend solutions with support from factory and engineering teams. Responsibilities include creating proposals, engineering drawings or 3D models, explaining installation techniques, presenting findings, and communicating directly with customer teams. Post‑sales work includes analyzing seal, installation, hardware, and system failures and resolving issues using Trelleborg resources. The role also focuses on building relationships across customer engineering teams to generate new business. Territory: Greater Ontario, Canada.
