Summary of the Role: The Operations Manager has the responsibility for the sites production operations working closely with Engineering, Quality, Commercial Teams, and customers to deliver high quality parts to our customers. This role oversees department managers to ensure departmental goals are established and achieved, maximizing customer satisfaction while minimizing cost.
