About this role
Summary of the Role: Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Product Engineer is primarily responsible for being the product specialist for the concerned product group. The Product Engineer role is to understand a customer's needs on new product requests and apply this to current processes as well as to engage new processes as the market develops. In this role, the Product Engineer will assist in developing product strategy, promote the sites capabilities and train key personnel (Sales Engineers & Application Engineers) within Trelleborg. The Product Engineer will conduct product estimating activities and provide the business with profitable solutions.
