About this role
Summary of the Role: This position is a strategic business partner to the VP HR, TSS in managing HR functions throughout the Americas, managing consistency in policy and procedure execution across all facets of the organization, supporting organizational change (structure & process), ensuring talent acquisition and development is successful to meet growth targets, and oversees the performance management process, as well as ensuring consistency in compensation and benefits packages. This is a key role in employee engagement through coaching and advising management team through challenges with people development, retention and attraction.
