About this role
Formation Leaders will work closely with the Youth Minister and the Program Manager, Children to support all faith formation programming for children and youth at Trinity Church NYC. This position will be asked to support multiple Faith Formation programs for children and youth, including Sunday School classes for children and teens, Youth Group, retreats, pilgrimages, administrative support, and other congregational events. Additionally, Formation Leaders may be asked to support the Trinity Youth Afterschool based on availability. In all roles, they will be responsible for ensuring proper documentation, managing attendance, and maintaining safety standards. This position will include work on Sundays and 3-4 additional shifts throughout the week.
