This position is responsible for the coordination, implementation, execution and completion of projects specific to improving quality outcomes and risk adjustment performance within the University of Alabama (UAB) health system and large clinical practice. This position will oversee assigned staff in the field and work closely with Company leadership in implementing strategies for Star Ratings improvement. This role serves as the liaison for Primary Care Physicians (PCPs) and practice staff, driving performance improvement related to Star Ratings, HEDIS measures, and risk adjustment completeness.
