POSITION SUMMARY The Marketing Research Manager leads an array of marketing research activities and provides relevant and actionable information, insights and recommendations to Marketing and Product Management staff and other bank leaders. The Marketing Research Manager identifies marketing research opportunities, scopes and gains approval of new research projects, and ensures that marketing research projects are completed on-time and within budget, while meeting project objectives. The Marketing Research Manager demonstrates a strong understanding of marketing research techniques and standards in order to provide insights that drive quality business decisions throughout the bank.
