The Home Mortgage Specialist solicits residential loan applications, quotes mortgage rates, and compiles complete loan packages for submission to the Home Mortgage underwriting department. This position develops and maintains external referral sources while supporting customers referred from assigned branches. The role delivers exceptional customer service and ensures compliance with all regulatory and Bank requirements. Major Responsibilities • Meets loan production goals as assigned by the Home Mortgage Sales Manager. • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers. • Real estate loan applications from sources outside the Bank through effective business development efforts.
