Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Head of Growth / Performance Marketing to lead and scale our paid acquisition efforts across Meta, Google, and Amazon. This role owns the full-funnel performance marketing strategy, driving efficient customer acquisition, revenue growth, and long-term scalability.
As a senior leader, you will set strategy, manage significant media budgets, build and mentor a high-performing team, and partner closely with creative, product, and analytics stakeholders to deliver measurable growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy across all paid acquisition channels Define acquisition targets, budgets, KPIs, and success metrics aligned with business objectives Build annual and quarterly growth plans with clear performance benchmarks Lead cross-functional initiatives with creative, product, and analytics teams Drive experimentation, learning agendas, and continuous optimization across the funnel Channel Management & Optimization Meta Ads: Own advanced campaign structures, audience strategy, creative testing frameworks, and scaling methodologies Google Ads: Manage Search, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns Amazon Advertising: Optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP Implement attribution modeling, incrementality testing, and lift studies across channels Translate performance insights into creative strategy and optimization recommendations Team Development & Operations Hire, train, and manage a team of performance marketing specialists Establish scalable SOPs, testing frameworks, and reporting standards Partner with creative teams to improve iteration cycles and ad performance Collaborate with analytics teams on attribution, LTV modeling, and performance forecastingRequirements
5+ years of performance marketing experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role Expert-level experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads with $500K+ in monthly spend Proven track record of scaling DTC or ecommerce brands to eight-figure annual revenue Strong analytical mindset with experience using attribution tools (e.g., Triple Whale, Northbeam) Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and develop high-performing teams Deep understanding of full-funnel optimization and customer acquisition economics
Preferred Qualifications Hands-on experience with Amazon advertising and Amazon Attribution Exposure to connected TV, programmatic, or emerging paid media channels Experience in subscription, consumables, or high-LTV business models Proficiency in SQL, Looker, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms Background working with high-growth DTC brands or performance-focused agencies
