About this role
We're seeking a talented Creative Editor to produce high-converting video and static content for our paid advertising campaigns and organic social media channels.## Key Responsibilities
• Create and edit video content for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other social platforms
• Design static ad creatives and carousel posts optimized for performance
• Edit raw footage into engaging UGC-style content and testimonials
• Collaborate with marketing team on creative strategy and concept development
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual content
• A/B test creative variations to optimize performance metrics
Requirements
• 2+ years experience in video editing and graphic design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop)
• Experience with paid social creative best practices
• Strong understanding of platform-specific content requirements
• Portfolio demonstrating conversion-focused creative work
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines## Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with DTC/e-commerce brands
• Knowledge of Figma for design collaboration
• Understanding of performance marketing metrics
• Experience with UGC content creation
