We’re looking for a Merchant Success Manager who has hands-on experience managing or coordinating Shopify stores and thrives in a client-facing, relationship-driven role.

Role Overview:

As a Merchant Success Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our merchants. You’ll work closely with Shopify brand owners and internal teams to ensure smooth execution, clear communication, and measurable results. This role is ideal for someone who has worked as an Ecommerce Manager or Ecommerce Coordinator and understands how Shopify brands operate day-to-day.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned Shopify merchantsBuild strong, long-term relationships through proactive communication and supportCoordinate and manage ongoing initiatives across eCommerce operationsEnsure merchants are aligned on timelines, priorities, and deliverablesTranslate merchant needs into clear action items for internal teamsMonitor store performance and flag opportunities or issues proactivelyLead regular check-ins, updates, and performance discussions with merchantsMaintain organized documentation and reporting on merchant progress

Requirements

Requirements:

2+ years of experience as an Ecommerce Manager, Ecommerce Coordinator, or similar roleDirect experience working with Shopify brands (required)Strong understanding of eCommerce workflows, launches, promotions, and ongoing optimizationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsComfortable working in a client-facing role and managing multiple merchantsHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to manage expectations, timelines, and priorities effectively

Nice to Have:

Experience working with agencies or SaaS platforms serving eCommerce brandsFamiliarity with Shopify apps, integrations, and dashboardsBasic understanding of marketing, CRO, or retention strategies
