About this role
The primary purpose of the Raw Material Lead role is to provide on-the-floor leadership and coordination to ensure the efficient and safe execution of daily production tasks within the scope of the raw material area and requirements and to support the salaried supervisors in achieving production goals. The Raw Material Lead acts as a working leader who is still involved in production tasks but also takes on additional responsibilities for guiding and supporting their team to meet daily production targets safely and effectively. They are a crucial link in the communication and operational chain within the manufacturing plant.
