About this role
The primary purpose of an End of Line (EOL) Lead is to provide on-the-floor leadership and coordination to ensure the efficient and safe execution of daily production tasks and to support the salaried supervisors in achieving production goals. The EOL Lead acts as a working leader who is still involved in production tasks but also takes on additional responsibilities for guiding and supporting their team to meet daily production targets safely and effectively. They are a crucial link in the communication and operational chain within the manufacturing plant
