As a Trex Continuous Improvement Manager, you’ll be driving performance to the next level by identifying and implementing improvement activities and building and growing a team of CI professionals to improve overall company performance. As a member of our Operational Excellence team, you’ll be helping us operate more efficiently by executing projects that will create more efficient processes and result in cost savings.
