The Town of Castle Rock has outstanding opportunities for Therapeutic Recreation Coordinator in our Parks and Recreation department. This position plans, implements, and evaluates programs for individuals with various disabilities and ability levels. Directs a diversity of leisure opportunities that are engaging, supported by individualized goals, and appropriate in terms of ability, age, and complexity. Provides training opportunities and support for program staff and volunteers. Performs duties in a manner consistent with the stated values of the organization.
