Castle Rock Water has an outstanding opportunity for a Field Services Stormwater & Collections Superintendent. This position conducts professional and technical work involving the management of wastewater collection and stormwater conveyance programs. Responsibilities include supervising staff, project management, ensuring maintenance standards are met, and administering the budgets for Field Services, wastewater, and stormwater. Work also includes analytical support for operational optimization, implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring a customer-service-oriented delivery of maintenance and operations activities. Performs duties in a manner consistent with the stated values of the organization.
