About this role
The Town of Castle Rock has outstanding opportunities for Recreation Facilities Customer Service Lead in our Parks and Recreation department to work to work at the Miller Activity Center or the Recreation Center. Under general supervision of the Recreation Facility Operations Senior Supervisor, provides exceptional customer service to the public utilizing the Recreation Center by assisting Front Desk Attendants with more complex patron concerns and issues. Performs duties in a manner consistent with the stated values of the organization.
