The Town of Castle Rock has outstanding opportunities for Event Assistants in our Parks and Recreation department. This position supports the Special Events and Programs Division through three primary focus areas: Administrative Support, Facilities Operations, and Rental Coordination. This role assists with planning, executing, and administering Town events, rentals, and programs. The Event Coordinator I contributes to the successful execution of Town-produced events and private rentals while ensuring operational efficiency, fiscal accuracy, and exceptional customer service.
