The Town of Castle Rock has an outstanding opportunity for an Aquatics Supervisor - Programming in our Parks and Recreations department. This position organizes, coordinates, implements, and evaluates comprehensive aquatic programming for the Town's aquatics division. Performs administrative, supervisory, & program management work. Responsible for managing a comprehensive swim lesson program for participants of all ages and abilities; coordinating a competitive developmental swim team; and supporting other competitive, instructional, and recreational aquatic teams, programs, and activities. Performs duties in a manner consistent with the stated values of the organization.
