About this role
The Loan Documentation Specialist will assist their assigned Commercial Lender(s) and/or Private Banking Officer(s) in the document preparation process and fulfillment of commercial, real estate and business loans. This role will function in a team environment with the Lender(s), Portfolio Manager(s) and Relationship Specialist(s). The Loan Documentation Specialist will serve as a primary point of contact for attorneys, vendors and other Towne Family members associated with loan closings. The good-faith compensation range for this role is expected to be $54,000 to $70,000, based on the role, market, internal equity, and candidate qualifications.
