About this role
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all operations within the Maintenance department, including Owner, Guest and Staff Communications and management. This position manages the daily and weekly workflow with the goal of maintaining all properties in a fit and habitable status. This position also ensures staff and vendors have the necessary resources to support these goals. This position directly supervises a team of approximately 10 employees including in-office staff and field personnel.
