About this role
The Maintenance Coordinator provides prompt and reliable assistance to owners and guests through assigning work orders to maintenance technicians. Maintenance specialists must also communicate effectively to owners and guests’ details about work order timelines, completions and charges where applicable. Provide owners, guests and vendors with professional and courteous customer service at all times. **This is a temporary/seasonal position**
