About this role
Essential Functions of the Position
• First and foremost, you will be representing the Bryant Real Estate brand to our Property Owners, Vacation Renters, and Third-Party Vendors when they are working on our owner's homes - you must have top-level customer service skills and be a strong representation of our brand on the phone, over email, and in person.
• Responsible for creating work-orders, tracking invoices, and communicating with Maintenance Techs, Property Owners, Guests and Managers.
