About us Our client are a global leading Energy company based in Frankfurt (order Mannheim) . They are a multi-billion € organization andcurrently employ over 100.000 employees worldwide in more than 120 countries . They are preparing for a global transformation from their legacy HCM system to SAP SuccessFactors, with the project due to begin later this year. Having already hired two experts this year, they are now looking for an additional Inhouse SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to help shape the project roadmap, play a key role in the implementation, and support the growth of the SuccessFactors team. Tasks Design, implement, and lead the successful implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Demonstrate expertise in managing project progress and driving digital transformation initiatives. Configure solutions to align with HR requirements and best practices. Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and updates for the SAP SuccessFactors system. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment of solutions. Profile 2+ years' SAP SuccessFactors (Ideally in any of the modules: Employee Central, Compensation, Variable Pay, Performance & Goals, Talent Management or Succession) Experience in managing projects and driving digital transformation in HR. Strong collaboration skills to align project goals with stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
