About this role
The McLeod Special Projects Specialist (BI Solutions Consultant, MPact) will provide training and support of the McLeod IQ and Cloud IQ products and front-end BI tools as well as Business Analysis (BA) services to the McLeod IQ customer base. The primary focus will be training customers on using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power BI to access the data in the IQ products to generate analytical reports and dashboards.
