Community Operations Manager Trainee – Wekweètì, NT (Limited to Tłı̨chǫ candidates only) Tłı̨chǫ Retail Operations (TRO), a 100% Indigenous-owned company under the Tłı̨chǫ Investment Corporation (TIC), is seeking a motivated Community Operations Manager Trainee to support operations in Wekweètì, NT. Reporting to the Community Operations Manager, the Trainee will receive hands-on training and mentorship while learning day-to-day operations of the community store, motel, and petroleum (POL) services. This role is ideal for someone interested in developing leadership skills in retail, hospitality, and community operations.
