About this role
Empath Home Health, a member of Empath Health is seeking a compassionate PRN Home Health SLP (Speech Language Pathologist) to work with our Home Health team to deliver individualized care to patients in their homes in south Pinellas county (including St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and surrounding areas). In this PRN role, you’ll deliver individualized care, build trusted patient relationships, and help people manage their health with dignity and independence.
