Empath Home Health, a member of Empath Health is seeking a compassionate PRN Home Health SLP (Speech Language Pathologist) to work with our Home Health team to deliver individualized care to patients in their homes in the Naples, Marco Island, and/or Immokalee, and surrounding areas. In this PRN role, you’ll deliver individualized care, build trusted patient relationships, and help people manage their health with dignity and independence.
