Trustbridge Hospice, a Part of Empath Health, is seeking an Alzheimer’s and Dementia Education Specialist (Registered Nurse). The Alzheimer’s and Dementia Education Specialist provide Alzheimer’s and dementia education, including the Virtual Dementia Tour® and Teepa Snow’s Positive Approach to Care® to the medical community, the community at large, skilled and assisted living facilities, faith-based communities, first responders and caregivers. This role will cover Broward County. Since 1978, Trustbridge Hospice has been honored to serve families across Palm Beach & Broward counties with compassionate, community-based care.
