What You’ll Do
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a clinic setting
• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs
• Support skill development across communication, behavior, and daily living
• Collect and enter data using electronic tools
• Communicate closely with supervisors and teammates
• Complete documentation accurately and on time
Required Qualifications
• Active RBT certification
• High school diploma or GED
• CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain)
• Reliable transportation

Physical Requirements
Standing, sitting, kneeling, walking, running, lifting up to 35 pounds, and responding quickly to client needs are required. $19–$23 per hour
