Job Summary: The Maintenance Mechanical Technician maintains mechanical equipment used in the production and packaging of evaporated salt. This position troubleshoots, repairs, and performs preventive maintenance on mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic production machinery to support a safe, efficient, and continuous manufacturing process. Two employees are assigned to this role to provide continuous coverage.
