Now Hiring a full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in Columbia, Tennessee! The purpose of this position is to provide medically necessary psychiatric services and treatments to adult and geriatric psychiatric patients in both an acute care (75-90%) and outpatient/long-term setting (10-25%) under the direct collaborating Psychiatrist in accordance with regulations, the NP provides psychiatric management of patients in coordination with attending Physicians, Nursing and Facility Staff, while also providing clinical support and communication to residents, families, the interdisciplinary team, and behavioral health center’s administration.
