About this role
Under the supervision of the Supportive Housing Manager and Supportive Housing Assistant Manager if applicable, the Desk Clerk is responsible for staffing the front desk of a single room occupancy (SRO) residential hotel. This includes assisting in the daily operations of the hotel, and monitoring and preparing reports related to the security of the hotel in accordance with Tenderloin Housing Clinic’s (THC) Mission, Core Values, and Customer Service Philosophy.
